Vegan Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1 cup of yellow meal
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/3 cup of Canola Oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400° F and lightly greased a 9in cake pan.
  • In a large bowl combine the flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well!

  • Now pour the Almond Milk and Canola Oil and stir until mixture is combined. Pour batter into prepare pan.

  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
