Vegan Udon Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • Package of frozen udon.
  • Vegetable stir fry sauce.

  • Seasoning sauce (or soy sauce).
  • Garlic crisp chili oil.

Directions

  • Boil a small pot of 3 cups of water. Once water has boiled, place frozen udon into water and stir for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes or once udon has completely defrosted, use a strainer to pour out water from udon, leaving udon in pot add the following seasoning: 1 tablespoon vegetable stir fry sauce, 1 tablespoon seasoning sauce (or soy sauce), 1 tablespoon garlic crisp chili oil, once all sauces have been added. Stir evenly until noodles have soaked up the sauces.
  • Pour noodle into bowl and add green onion/cilantro as garnish and enjoy!
