Vegan Fried Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oyster Mushrooms

  • 1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoon of seasoning salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Black Pepper
  • 1/3 cup of JUST Egg
  • 2 cups of Canola Oil

Directions

  • Heat your 2 cups of Canola Oil in a medium pan

  • Prepare 1 bowl one with the JUST Egg and other bowl to mix flour, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and onion powder all together in the bowl.

  • Take the mushrooms and dip them into the JUST Egg and then dip them in to the flour batter. (One at a time)

  • When your oil is hot add the batter mushrooms, cook on medium heat so that they can cook throughout. Flip the mushrooms when they’ll brown on the bottom. Once both sides is golden brown remove them from the grease onto a plate with a napkin to catch the access grease.

  • Enjoy your delicious fried oyster mushrooms with a cool drink!
